This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them .
After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery .
No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back .
I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.
Ordered when I saw a deal on Facebook. Absolutely gobsmacked to come home the next day to the delivery waiting for me. Always been an Autoglym user but figured I’d try these. Not tried everything that came as yet but what I have seems very good. Really impressed with what I got for my money. Not sure I’d purchase everything for the stated price but the deals look fantastic.
Don’t hesitate to try if you haven’t before
So I ordered a kit that was in a deal:
Buy graphine wax for £50 and get 12 bottles of various other products free.
This was an incredible deal, I’m semi happy with 80% of the products. BUT, customer service is atrocious. I filed a complaint due to two products being incorrect according to the deal and advert. They told me they swapped the products as material cost was too high, but failed to update the advert and product offer description. They are now ignoring my emails after I asked them if I could send the product back as the items they swapped are two of the main ones I wanted. This is false advertising and bad customer service. The products are mid quality and you get what you pay for, cheap products = cheap results, but what lets the company down are their customer service skills and refusal to sort issues out and resolve them. Had the issue been sorted, I would have been a repeat customer as someone who details 3 cars every weekend/ other weekend. I will not be buying anything from them again and recommend no one else does. Spend the extra little bit and get a better brand.
UPDATE: since properly using the products I’ve noticed it’s left a greasy coat all over the car, no matter how much I pressure wash and scrub, it doesn’t seem to go away. Still no reply from the company. Avoid at all cost.
Everything seems good so far, my only downside is the use of parcelforce as a courier. I actively avoid using them as they never deliver and dump at local collect shops. They are by far the worse of all the couriers now with no way of changing collection etc
Made a purchase on the website which included free detailing kit. This was listed on the confirmation and even on the delivery note but no kit was received. Have ignored all my emails , going to report the company to trading standards for fraudulent trading.
Still no contact after 3 weeks, appalling customer service. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.
Bought your bundle over facebook and was initially expecting it to be a scam because it was such good value. My email confirmation put my mind at rest and my goods arrived as discribed
The products are fantastic but having ordered a bundle offer and also a 3 for £45 of the 5l products I have only received the bundle. The delivery driver has told me there are 2 packages but only one has turned up.
Having seen the reply from EZ saying. One star is a little unfair, I would say, I totally understand damages take place and is not their fault, totally agree with you guys but what you haven’t replied to is the fact that I had to chase you up to ask what’s going on and to request my delivery is resent, let not forget the original order was almost 20 days ago not helpful when you need the product. As I have said the products are brilliant but postage / delivery is not great nor has it been in the past, sorry but true!
These guys are right up there,been in the valeting game 22 years now.ordered a few times and there products are spot on👌had an issue this time with a spilage,which was down to courier!the way it was handled in transit,i would of said and also dumped on door upside down...but after a quick chat,a new one was sent out and received within 3 days.now that's what I call service.keep up the great work,many thanks mark🙌
