This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

As an amateur, I wanted a selection of products to clean my car well at a decent price. Ez has blown me away. I bought the daddy bundle to see which products I will eventually use. Genuinely, all are good, most are exceptional. The ones I take my hat off the most... Hypernova shampoo. Ghost sealant. Viper wheel cleaner Ultimate APC

I never order anything from this company. But I had two messages within a week from DPD local that said as below. “We will deliver your parcel today between 11:32-12:32, if not in for your driver CHRIS you have options www.dpd………” “We will deliver your EZCarCare parcel today between 11:13-12:13, if not in for your driver ROBERT you have options www.dpdlocal…………..”

Delivery times are awful, takes weeks to even get dispatched, and then when it does arrive( after having to chase it) it comes with two grit guards! Customer service weee good enough to refund me but this is my second time ordering from EZ and both have been port experiences, expect better from them. They hype themselves up so much on social media and don’t follow it up with proper customer care.

Great products, ideal way to try all their various products at a reduced price, find the ones you really like then go for it. The products have been really well researched and tested and are easy and straightforward to use.

Bought a lot of stuff on the promo dates , there was an error on price but they still honoured the website price after I gave them a call and ended up chatting with the director who said there was an error but will honour the order , Have to say there ghost is amazing and so is there citrus pre wash , tar and glue remove just melted away on my car , all round happy and will buy again , thanks

I ordered a number of products in February when there was a promotion on. When they eventually arrived the promotion had not been applied and despite several emails to the company they haven’t got back to me. Buyer beware - any special offers or promotions might just be ignored. Products are OK but nothing special, I’ll be sticking to the established brands from now on.

Good quality cleaning products, they have been great. However, the spray nozzles do come lose too easily on their own. I had a whole bottle of Aurora Fallout Remove leak all over the boot of my car. Not the easiest smell to get out of the carpets. One a recent purchase, I ordered two buckets, they claim to have shipped them but after chasing a week later, they confirmed they didn't have stock and I had to wait. Not great as they were a gift. I have decided to keep them but they are missing the Wash/Rinse stickers that should be included, they also have very rough edges to them too. Nice cleaning products but feel the service and quality of their accessories is very low.
