This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿

Very friendly staff and brilliant products.

So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.

ACOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .

Used these products previously

Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

High quality low price!

Excellent products at a decent price if you get them on deal, clarity 2.0 is by far the best glass cleaner I’ve come across, zero streaks!! Only disappointing thing is dispatch times, last few orders I’ve had with them have taken a good while to be dispatched! Worth the wait for the quality products though!

Customer service 10/10

I made an order for the first time I would say 2 weeks ago now, and received my delivery within the dates specified. However a small adapter had been missed from the order (very easy mistake to make) I emailed customer service well after business hours the evening before last, and woke up this morning to the part being delivered. The customer service provided here has beaten any expectations and due to this coupled with the fact these products are one of the best on the market at very affordable prices I will definitely be returning my custom. Well done ez car care and Annmarie needs a raise

Good prices and nice products so far

Good prices and nice products so far. I ordered around Christmas and dispatch took a while however this was mentioned on the checkout page and was to be expected. There was a slight problem with my order being damaged when arrived but after calling this was sorted out straight away and they were very helpful so will definitely be ordering again!

Super slow dispatch again disappointingly.

Super slow dispatch again. Ordered 20/12/23 received 08/01/24. I understand there may be delays due to Xmas but the order was placed 3 days before Xmas even really got started. Even the date of experience on this review request was preset to 02/01/24. I too was back to work after Xmas so now don’t have the time to use all that I ordered.

Delivery was fast

Delivery was fast. There was a product missing out of my order. I called and it was sent to be packed while on the phone. I received it the following Morning. Can not fault and look forward to using more of your products. Customer service lady was very polite and professional and was happy to help. Thanks guys 😁

Prompt Delivery with Good Updates

Ordered before the Christmas holidays, so had to wait a while for delivery, but it was prompt once the order got processed. Haven't tried the products so far, so can't comment on them yet.

You say buy 5L of fusion and get 7 bottles of other products and a tin of wax and then don’t send it , absolute vilans will never buy again!!!

They used and my car and left it filthy

I may car was wa return back to me muddy and dirty, the driver had me the keys At Heathrow Airport, and disappeared quickly. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, after my wife and i loaded up our luggage, ready to drive off. It was shocking, unbelievable. I’ve reported it to Ezybooking complaints department and they have done nothing not even a response, To try explain what happened or even rectify the situation, there’s been no apology no compensation or anything nothing. I would stay far from this company. They are very unprofessional. If you have no other choice other than to use them I would suggest, taking pictures of of the inside and outside of your car before you leaving it in their care. If there was the No star rating option available with trust pilot , I would have given a no star rating. I have pictures of my car but, unfortunately trust pilot does not offer that option to post pictures.
