This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Quality product that does the job it's meant to do. Bought the wheel and tyre gel and it did a fantastic job on the wheels. Your mileage may vary with how good a job it'll do on the tyres. I'd recommend using a dedicated tyre cleaner alongside this. In my opinion, the customer service team could do with some training on the products sold, as the response to my query was not answered and I was just provided with a copy + paste of the product page. However, they were extremely friendly and the response time was rapid. Also the packaging used was excellent. Double walled boxes are always a win, especially with these kinds of goods. I do hope that the packing peanuts used are recyclable/compostable. Processing/dispatch/delivery was fantastic. Was quite nervous about when I'd actually receive my product, as some reviews are quite damning, but my experience cannot be faulted. Dispatched same business day and arrived shortly after.

I had seen EZ products advertised on my Facebook feed for a while, and one of their (many) offers was on when I had run out of a product. I ended up ordering their H2Zero drying towel, microfibre cloths, lotus glass cleaner, wheel wax, ceramic wax extreme. I’ve now used all the products and I’m very pleased with the results. The drying towel has particularly impressed me. I think the products represent good value for money, and I will continue to buy their products in the future and recommend them. It took 5 days for my order to be shipped, so not the fastest dispatch, but this is minor for me and overall I’m very pleased.

Terrible customer service The products are good value if you get them in the sale, but the customer service is shocking. I chased my order after 10 days of hearing nothing, only to be told they are behind. I requested a full refund as they hadn't dispatched my order yet. They ignored this request and dispatched my order. I contacted customer service again, asking for my refund but they simply ignored me. The quality of the bottles and sprayers have gone down considerably. I will be going to a new supplier after this experience

Well the products may very well be good BUT unfortunately I'll never know. Delivery times are abysmal and it's the reason I cancelled. Their competitors are miles ahead in this regard and those competitors also had excellent products. It's therefore a no brainier where I'll continue to purchase from.

Some impressive products from what I’ve used so far but I’m not impressed with the time it takes them to dispatch items with a lack of communication, 1 week wait and I had to email to promt this to actually happen It puts me off ordering the deals are so good it’s hard not to however the item dispatch and communication could be a lot better

I have purchased quite a few orders from EZ over the years, recently the order times have massively improved recently even though for me has never been an issue as I've always ordered well in advance as keep well stocked. For me viper, sleek, insta gloss, ghost, gtr and chromance are quality products. Snow foams aren't the best. Definitely buy in 5 litres for the best value.
