This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them .
After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery .
No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back .
I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.
Ordered a couple of items and I should have known better.
Let's get one thing clear the products I have used are top notch... Some are very similar in effects to others in my opinion. I have no issues with the products per sé..
The problem I have the despatch time, is absolutely appalling. I know it's never going to be 'prime'. But my word!!
14 days of waiting for a notification and I emailed them and to be fair they did reply with were just processing orders from the date I ordered. Uncanny that.
The products are obviously popular and the social media advertising is obviously working, however it's just a shame that sending the stuff out takes so long, I've used them on multiple occasions, but I suppose you've just gotta make peace with the fact your going to wait...
Been waiting 4 weeks for an order I placed.
Will NEVER order from this company again. Unless you are prepared to wait in excess of 4 weeks for your order, I strongly recommend you AVOID this company, and spend your money with a company that values your custom.
Order not arrived, have emailed twice 4 days apart but yet to receive any response. Took money but then zero communication after that and zero response to emails. Very poor customer service. Order not received and cannot get a response from them. Avoid.
Unfortunately having ordered a number of order placements with EZ Car Care and having been pleased with the service, I’m extremely disappointed this time around.
Four weeks on and my order placement still hasn’t yet been delivered. I’ve then had to chase this up myself to be advised that it’s been damaged in delivery, and rather than sending a fresh order in the meantime, I have to await the package to be returned to EZ Car Care, and haven’t received any further update or offer of reimbursement, I’ve chased this up and still await a response.
When you have to pay for shipment you’d anticipate a swifter delivery turn around, not a slower service than usual.
What a joke of a company took my money 2 weeks ago still not received company telling me it’s on its way another email saying it’s ready for dispatch joke of customer care poor response shop elsewhere for your goods
Ordered 62 quids worth of products to get 50 quid mystery box all I can say is "and some" excellent service excellent product and excellent freebies.
