Wonderful experience with DCG

Wonderful experience with DCG, really cannot be faulted compared to other raffle sites out there. I've won a car before in a raffle elsewhere and the condition of the vehicle was...'used' however with the team here at DCG the car was PRISTINE, it could be fresh from the factory and you wouldn't even be able to tell. After putting the feelers out with some trade dealers who dealt with them, they also had the same sentiment that they operate with the highest quality and it really does show. The site is so easy to navigate, there's plenty for everyone and every single member of staff I've interacted with has been an absolutely pleasure to talk to. I really couldn't fault them even if I tried! 11/10 DCG, well done :D

Quality product

Quality product that does the job it's meant to do. Bought the wheel and tyre gel and it did a fantastic job on the wheels. Your mileage may vary with how good a job it'll do on the tyres. I'd recommend using a dedicated tyre cleaner alongside this. In my opinion, the customer service team could do with some training on the products sold, as the response to my query was not answered and I was just provided with a copy + paste of the product page. However, they were extremely friendly and the response time was rapid. Also the packaging used was excellent. Double walled boxes are always a win, especially with these kinds of goods. I do hope that the packing peanuts used are recyclable/compostable. Processing/dispatch/delivery was fantastic. Was quite nervous about when I'd actually receive my product, as some reviews are quite damning, but my experience cannot be faulted. Dispatched same business day and arrived shortly after.
