This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them .
After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery .
No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back .
I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.
Very mixed experience over the years having dealt with EZ car care from March 2020. Goods do tend to arrive eventually, though I am still awaiting a pot of ceramic polish from several years back. I suspect that they get a load of orders in, then order the chemicals from their suppliers before mixing up a batch or batches ahead of shipping of what's been ordered. In fact a reply from 'Lewis' on the 26th July 2024, did say that the delay in delivery was down to a lack of raw materials, & that they were awaiting delivery.
Like many others put in an order and no goods arrive. I would recommend all thos who have the same issue write to Trading Standards at both Stockport and Salford offices, their registered address and trading address. If enough complaints roll in they will force the company to improve or close the business as I suspect there are financial issues with this company.
These guys take the urine. Ordering from them is to be avoided as you could be waiting weeks or longer. Clearly advertise products they don't have. Not sure I'll even get it. Zero trust in a business that openly doesn't give a damn about the customer. They deserve to be out of business with this level of contempt for customers. I now use Slim Detailing.
Items shipped after about 7 days. Far too slow.
Then items not delivered.
Emails to customer service go unanswered.
Seems people are happy with their products when they arrive, but I can't comment on quality as it's been over 10 days since ordering and I don't have what I ordered.
