Useless shipping and customer service

Items shipped after about 7 days. Far too slow. Then items not delivered. Emails to customer service go unanswered. Seems people are happy with their products when they arrive, but I can't comment on quality as it's been over 10 days since ordering and I don't have what I ordered.

Poor fit, poor value, not well made.

Fit is ok, but not precise. Does not use manufacturer floor mat fixings, so don't stay properly in place. Biggest problem is that the quality isn't great, so not good value, and don't look like they'll last very long. Won't buy again.
