This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

I've used EZ car care a few times now and each time I couldn't fault them. Their most recent offer of 3x5ltres for £39.99 was too good to pass up so I bought a gloss boss, chromance and ghost. Arrived today as scheduled and looking forward to testing them out

Car care wanted to charge 2k pounds for a pump thats available at 155 pound as a oem part in new condition with 2 year garentee. Car cares started at 400 for a recondition or 1k for new genuine part, then the next week wants 2k for that same 155 pound part and 2 weeks to fit.

Knew I shouldn’t have bit the bullet and order with ez car care. Waited roughly 9 days for my order, turned up at 8-9pm and half my order is missing…. No way of contacting them for help so came to make people aware it’s not worth ordering from this company

Shambles of a company,used to be excellent,placed order 22nd one email stating order was received,nothing else,sent numerous emails,nothing,phoned yesterday and asked for a full refund,no problem was the reply,email today confirming my refund.Another email today from someone called Anne-Marie saying Amazon had damaged the packaging and had returned it to them(what's it got to do with Amazon)and would I like it reshipped via parcel force today, obviously told her NO,as I am getting refunded.An absolute shambles of a company in my opinion!!! If I could give them a minus review I would🤬🤬🤬🤬

I ordered a car cleaning kit in a hold-all. When it was delivered on Saturday all the products had leaked in the hold-all, there was a strong smell of chemicals and the cardboard box packaging had given way as it was soaked. I refused the item. I politely emailed the company, on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and today Wednesday. Tried to phone many times but they don’t answer. I’m a disabled pensioner and wanted the kit for my new mobility car. Looks like they are just taking my money , they disgust me!’
