This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿

Very friendly staff and brilliant products.

So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.

ACOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .

Used these products previously

Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Dire customer service and delivery…

Dire customer service and delivery takes weeks at best, some of the products are ok but only offer prep and valeting products nothing in the serious detailing area. They push and push promo's constantly instead of fulfilling previous orders.

Their products really are good but delivery is unacceptable

Their products really are good. And great value but their customer service and delivery times are genuinely diabolical. To think they make you pay for delivery and this is the level of service you get. Even as I speak on the 14th of feb they still haven’t even shipped a product I bought on the 2nd to which I paid £6 for delivery. You get generic responses from email and it’s just not good enough anymore I’ve ordered hundreds and hundreds of pounds of products from them, but this is the last time now. Utterly ridiculous, sort yourselves out. I’ve previously mentioned that maybe they should put warnings on pages when they’re so obviously behind on shipping because at least then you can make an educated idea of when you may get it but nothing, I shall spend more with other companies now.

Products good

Products good, price good but delivery not so! You'd think that with a load of people complaining that money was taken from the account but no products to show for it, they'd get a grip of the issue rather than continue to promote and sell products. What makes it worse is some people will order and get it within days, whilst others like myself have been waiting 17days for a delivery you pay on. Not acceptable in this day and age.

Products are good but delivery is an absolute joke, customer service is non existent, called them sent them emails and no response to any of it, trying to run a business using there products is turning out to be not very profitable as I’m turning down jobs due to no chemicals,

No communication and still hasn’t been…

No communication and still hasn’t been dispatched after 12 days. Not 4-6 working days after purchase. Avoid if you aren’t willing to wait until the forceable future to receive your purchase.

Great products when they arrive

Great products when they arrive, shame the same can’t be said for their customer service! Placed several orders with delivery within a week. However, the last order I placed, which is over 2 weeks ago now has not been processed. EZ are still advertising deals, and I know of people who placed orders today which have been dispatched already EZ need to process the old orders before sending the new ones, and maybe employ more staff before they lose more customers

Poor Dispatch times…

Products are decent but the dispatching of the orders are so so slow. Ordered on 28th Jan, today is 11th Feb and still no email to say it’s been dispatched. Think this will be my last order will be looking elsewhere from now on.

Great product it’s but let down by delivery times

I have placed several orders through this company as I love the products that they produce as they actually do work well BUT…. Shipping times is a massive disappointment to say the least. It states 4-6 days for delivery and I placed an order on the 28th Jan and 2nd feb and still have not received either. Not an email or any kind of apology at all, when ordering through the website direct you are left waiting up to 3 weeks and beyond for orders to arrive and when you pay for postage for 4-6 days it’s an absolute joke. If you email them you are lucky if you get a response and if you do it’s then blamed on backlog of orders. If you can’t commit to delivery within the specified times you should refund delivery costs which is what I would like and if this doesn’t happen I will be forced to do a chargeback as I have no products which were paid for. It’s an absolute shame as I have recommended this company to many of my detailing friends as well as normal friends and now they have let everyone down with this extremely poor performance in delivery times. I will wait until Wednesday and if I don’t have either of my orders I will be requesting refunds from the bank as well as taking any further purchases to another company. Please sort this out Darren as you do have great products but your shipping times are appalling and will be the companies downfall if you don’t act fast.

Great product, poor service!

Most of the products are awesome, but they simply cannot ship product within 4-6 days as they state on their website. They are more interested in taking your money by running promo after promo rather than getting product out the door. They don’t respond to emails and if they do you get a generic one. They set up a WhatsApp group to which they can look at but still don’t listen to what is being said, everyone having the same issue, customers have been waiting 3-4 weeks for goods to be shipped and then having to chase by phone! Poor customer service, they need to raise their game!

Delivery is slow

As said by others,...good products but the delivery is soooo slow, always chasing up orders AND always told "warehouse is busy " never ordering again......this is one customer they have lost
