This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

I purchased a wheel cleaning bundle which worked a treat. I also purchased some ceramic shampoo which I applied via my power washer and made my car pop. I also purchased a large drying cloth which made easy work of drying my car after it was washed. I just need to purchase some Citrus pre wash and I will be good for all year round washing.

Taken advantage of the lovely sunny day and gave the old girl a wash and took the opportunity to try out some new-to-me products (seen them all over Facebook so thought I'd give them a try as needed to top up some of my usual) The EZ Car Care range Products used Citrus Wash - Concentrated Pre Wash Viper - Non-acidic Wheel Cleaner Champs - Luxury Shampoo Liquid - Ceramic Shampoo (looking forward to trying this as reviews sound really good) Clarity X - Window Cleaner & Panel Wipe Gentleman's Club - Luxury Car Fragrance Not overly impressed with the wheel cleaner, although got rid of most of the dirt still left a lot of brake dust so ended up using my usual Devils Blood wheel cleaner. 👎🏻 Onto the pre-wash, went on reasonably thick and clung to the bodywork well, left for a few mins to dwell and soften the dirt then washed off (didn't get the same results as in the product videos 🙄 might not have got the mix right so will try again next time) overall results was ok but not as was expecting. 🫳🏻 Onto the luxury shampoo, put a good few glugs into my bucket and sudsed it up nicely, went on the car really well and suds stayed nice and gave a nice clean smooth washed finish once rinsed off so this is definitely a buy again product 👍🏻 Now onto the Ceramic Shampoo, now this is the one product I was really looking forward to using, Followed the instructions for mixing in a pump sprayer Sprayed the whole of the car in a nice thick foam, let it sit for a few minutes, rinsed off and oh my 😯😯 the water just runs off the panels beads everywhere lol and made drying a breeze and left a lovely shine. Definitely be getting the 5ltr of this product, 👍🏻👍🏻 Next up the glass cleaner, again wasn't really expecting much from this one but was pleasantly surprised, few sprays on each window, wiped over and then buff up with clean cloth and left a crystal clear finish. Another good product 👍🏻👍🏻 Finally finished off with the inside giving the car a spritz with the gentleman's club car fragrance, as car fragrances go, this smells amazing lol 👍🏻👍🏻 Hope the rest of you have been having a good day washing your car/car's

Do not order from these cowboys. There phone number is fake, your items take an age arrive and when they do you will have items missing. They then ignore your emails. EZ Car Care time is ticking on my complaint.

+ Products offer decent value - Customer Service is non-existent - Delivery times are not as stated on website EZ Car Care products have been pretty good, especially for the price, however - their aggressive advertising campaigns and constant email barrage does not mean they can actually fulfil orders in a timely manner. I ordered 3 items on the 10th Feb, which were stated to be delivered between 2-3 working days (but also states 4-6 working days in the order confirmation - which is it?) and the order wasn't dispatched a week later. I reached out to the "Customer Service" representative on the 18th, who apologised for the delay due to "a busy period" and confirmed that "all orders will be cleared from the shipping system by the end of this week" and that it would be sent with next day delivery. I replied promptly and politely asking for clarification, which was promptly ignored. The order was also then NOT posted at the end of the week, so I followed up with a further email on the following Monday 24th, which was also ignored. The package was eventually posted on the 26th and delivered on the 27th with no further communication from EZ Car Care. So: 13 working day order fulfilment timeframe for what's meant to be 4-6.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with all the other reviewers regarding EZ’S claim of 4-6 day’s delivery. Truly abysmal when it took them 3 weeks to deliver my last order! & it will be my LAST order from them. Had to keep chasing, via emails, for 2 weeks before I received my order. They should be refunding all the postage fees they charge when they fail to deliver in 4-6 days. I’ll be ordering Duel products on future.
