This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Best gear on the market, I have tried the rest but EZ are the best by a country mile

I’ve been using EZ car Care products for over 5 years now. I have to keep 5 cars clean so as well as decent performance, value is also important. I regularly order 5 litres of citrus wash and viper which I find are fantastic products. Viper especially good diluted 1part viper, 3 parts water and through a foamer. It shifts pretty much everything. I find the shampoo’s very good as well. Very sudsy and also good through a lance. I have accepted that orders can take longer than quoted but I just tend to order when the 5 liters are on offer so I don’t necessarily need them immediately, so no biggy.

Bought a yellow wheel brush came damaged, contacted them they havent done anything. Rubbish company and expensive prices. £20 for a wheel barrel beush but cant even send it in a box big enough so they bend the item and damage it.

These products are cheap and nasty, I brought a bundle and must say having used many different brands this one is probably the worst one. The products left my car with stain like marks, It took me a few washers with other products to sort the mess EZ Left.

@EZ car care customer service please can you reply to my latest chaser email. The pump arrived and wasn’t functioning due to a seal in the pump mechanism being faulty. I’ve provided image and video but no response for many weeks from you guys. Great delivery speed and great cleaning products so happy to give benefit of the doubt and continue ordering but lack of solution to a faulty product on arrival is getting frustrating now. I've been through many products while detailing over the years, autofiness and meguiars were my go to for many years until I tried EZ, the price seems to low for it to be a good product but it isn't! It's absolutely as good as the big brands and you'll pay a fifth of the price, yes you end up buying in bulk so the casual user may find its more expensive but it keeps the prices down for those who take detailing serious and its not like it expires! I know some people have had issue with delivery, I've personally never had an issue, I believe my first order took maybe 2 weeks but this one took less than 48hrs, It's a heavy product to ship and RM isn't the greatest at being prompt. So, great products at affordable prices, you've got to be patient on delivery sometimes but it will arrive and its definitely worth the wait! Don't waste money at halfords buying the brands, its not worth it they have enough money 😅 buy EZ and enjoy it!
