I am surprised that anyone is able to use this agent They never answer their phones or reply to messages. Not a great or professional estate agency. I would never use them again even if they did answer their phones.

A great selling experience
We chose to go with the Equity team because we really appreciated that, when they arrived to do the valuation, they were not pushy. We did not feel like we were being upsold, and they simply presented the facts. Their fee was also very reasonable, which helped confirm our decision to go with them. The marketing for our property was carried out incredibly quickly and to a very high standard. We felt they truly did our home justice. Once we accepted an offer, which thankfully happened quite quickly, we worked closely with Darren Nelson to see the sale through. We were really impressed with how clearly and promptly he communicated, and unlike our previous experiences, we felt we could genuinely trust what we were being told. Of course, buying and selling property is always stressful, but we cannot imagine another company delivering a better level of service. We highly recommend Equity, and especially Darren, to handle your sale.
Exceptional and caring service

Darren was always quick to respond to queries and ensured a constant dialogue between us, our buyers, the conveyancers involved and our seller's estate agent. He chased all the parties involved to facilitate rapid progress of the process. This helped our chain complete in a very quick time with minimal fuss. An all-round top bloke!

Huge shout out to Darren!
Our family friend referred us to Equity Estate Agents to help sell out flat and I’ve been amazed by the time and effort the team have given me. The valuation process was quick and seamless, with superb photos taken of our flat which enabled us to have an agreed offer within a week of it being advertised. Since then I’ve been dealing with Darren whose service has been absolutely flawless. He has kept in regular contact with me throughout the the sales process, guiding me through the complexities of a chain, providing advice and support where needed. Darren has gone out of his way to follow up with several parties (we were 4 properties in one chain) to find out how things were progressing when we needed clarity. Without Darren’s help, I think I would have given up but everything has worked out. Thanks so much for everything Darren!

Excellent Estate Agents
Darren and the team at Equity Estate Agents went above and beyond to get our purchase completed. It was an extremely tricky situation with lots of hurdles to overcome. Darren didn't give up and gave a lot of his own time to get it over the line. If it wasn't for the additional time and effort Darren personally put in then I'm quite sure it wouldn't have happened. Everyone at the agency are extremely professional, friendly, polite and care about their clients and their sales. They were with me from the beginning to the end and I never felt alone on the journey. If you want to sell or buy a property, I would highly recommend using Equity Estate Agents as they are extremely reliable and won't let you down.

We have just purchased our first home with Equity who could not have made a potentially daunting and new experience a smoother process! In fact, they have been the most helpful touchstone in our journey, even when considering our broker and solicitors.
