Huge shout out to Darren!
Our family friend referred us to Equity Estate Agents to help sell out flat and I’ve been amazed by the time and effort the team have given me. The valuation process was quick and seamless, with superb photos taken of our flat which enabled us to have an agreed offer within a week of it being advertised. Since then I’ve been dealing with Darren whose service has been absolutely flawless. He has kept in regular contact with me throughout the the sales process, guiding me through the complexities of a chain, providing advice and support where needed. Darren has gone out of his way to follow up with several parties (we were 4 properties in one chain) to find out how things were progressing when we needed clarity.
