I am surprised that anyone is able to use this agent They never answer their phones or reply to messages. Not a great or professional estate agency. I would never use them again even if they did answer their phones.

A great selling experience
We chose to go with the Equity team because we really appreciated that, when they arrived to do the valuation, they were not pushy. We did not feel like we were being upsold, and they simply presented the facts. Their fee was also very reasonable, which helped confirm our decision to go with them. The marketing for our property was carried out incredibly quickly and to a very high standard. We felt they truly did our home justice. Once we accepted an offer, which thankfully happened quite quickly, we worked closely with Darren Nelson to see the sale through. We were really impressed with how clearly and promptly he communicated, and unlike our previous experiences, we felt we could genuinely trust what we were being told. Of course, buying and selling property is always stressful, but we cannot imagine another company delivering a better level of service. We highly recommend Equity, and especially Darren, to handle your sale.
Exceptional and caring service
Darren Nelson is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and considerate agents I have come across. A long and drawn out sale was made completely bearable by knowing Darren was on our side. Just a brilliant service.

Appauling service for tenant but great…
Appauling service for tenant but great service for landlords They set you up to ensure you are able to pay all your rent and bills, you do that on time by standing order. You experience issues and even get a section 21 and ask for help with an inspection and you get told it’s not possible! I’d never let with equity again. The manager at Enfield branch was beyond rude, called me darling to belittle me which I asked him to kindly not do. He made a snide response about being polite by calling me darling rather than apologise. My dad listened to the conversation and held back getting involved as he saw I managed it more professionally then he did.

Kyrie was great! Would recommend Equity
Kyrie was great! Always so helpful, happy to help and got us a viewing so quickly, was a great communicator between the sellers and us the buyers. After a bad experience with purple bricks Kyrie was a breath of fresh air and got the property closed at a great pace. Would definitely look at equity if we were looking to sell our property.

Kyrie at the Enfield branch made everything feel smooth
Dealing with Kyrie made the process of looking for a house actually enjoyable. He was honest, on the ball but also never pushed us. He went above and beyond and was always on hand if we had a query. Unfortunately our house fell through as the seller pulled out but Kyrie really tried to keep things moving and always sent us other properties he thought would interest us. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better agent, he was nothing like the cliches, just a down to earth guy who’s trying to get the job done and has everyone’s best interests at heart.

Professional and knowledgeable
Kyrie from Equity was professional, knowledgeable and kept me updated with properties coming onto the market. I called him for some general advice on buying in Enfield and he was kind enough to take the time to advise me on the current market, local schools and the area. I have dealt with many estate agents in…
I have dealt with many estate agents in multiple house sales but Darren is without a shadow of a doubt the best, most conscientious hard working agent that I have ever met. I cannot recommend him highly enough - without all his work above and beyond that of a normal agent our sale would have collapsed. I very rarely write reviews but cannot recommend Darren and Equity highly enough.
