I am surprised that anyone is able to use this agent They never answer their phones or reply to messages. Not a great or professional estate agency. I would never use them again even if they did answer their phones.

A great selling experience
We chose to go with the Equity team because we really appreciated that, when they arrived to do the valuation, they were not pushy. We did not feel like we were being upsold, and they simply presented the facts. Their fee was also very reasonable, which helped confirm our decision to go with them. The marketing for our property was carried out incredibly quickly and to a very high standard. We felt they truly did our home justice. Once we accepted an offer, which thankfully happened quite quickly, we worked closely with Darren Nelson to see the sale through. We were really impressed with how clearly and promptly he communicated, and unlike our previous experiences, we felt we could genuinely trust what we were being told. Of course, buying and selling property is always stressful, but we cannot imagine another company delivering a better level of service. We highly recommend Equity, and especially Darren, to handle your sale.
Exceptional and caring service
Darren Nelson is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and considerate agents I have come across. A long and drawn out sale was made completely bearable by knowing Darren was on our side. Just a brilliant service.

Clear and regular updates. Paris especially was really helpful with finding out information that the solicitor had asked for. Darren and the team provided updates when requested. Overall, Equity provided an efficient service. (The only negative experience we had was with the solicitor recommended by Equity, who we found to offer quite a poor service in terms of communication.)

The Best Estate Agent out there hands down
The service I received from all the guys at Equity was absolutely fantastic too many names to mention but definitely special shout to Darren, Josh, Helen and Kyrie who are all absolutely fantastic and made sure to get my sale over the line despite a lot of obstacles being put in the way! The sale was a complicated one but they were nothing but honest with me and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. If you’re on the fence about what estate agent to use definitely use there guys 100% you will not regret it whatsoever. Huge thank you again and would definitely use these guys again !

Kyrie, Darren, Helen excellent service
The customer experience has been outstanding and consistent sitting on the fence as both a buyer and seller. I have to say the team are an honest bunch. Kyrie and Darren definitely went the extra mile with selling my property, which was probably one of the most challenging properties to sell with all the negatives I.e courtyard garden and downstairs bathroom. Nevertheless, due to their experience and polished customer service skills, they did it. My first buyer pulled out and they found another buyer within weeks. They went above and beyond with their dedication, by working pass the hour. I also faced challenges with finding a property to buy, due to the shortage of properties and other external factors. They found me another property within a short space of time. Kyrie and Darren are a credit to Equity and definitely set the bar high. Definitely pivoting to the new, from the traditional practices of this sector. Helen was also great in ensuring I was kept up to date and with the chases.

I have been personally buying from Equity, the EN3 branch for around 15 years or so. Darren and Mark have looked after me and I have never had a purchase fall through. So they do all they can to get the sale through which is obviously good for all parties. I recently completed on a property in January 2023 which I was happy about.
