Appauling service for tenant but great service for landlords They set you up to ensure you are able to pay all your rent and bills, you do that on time by standing order. You experience issues and even get a section 21 and ask for help with an inspection and you get told it’s not possible! I’d never let with equity again. The manager at Enfield branch was beyond rude, called me darling to belittle me which I asked him to kindly not do. He made a snide response about being polite by calling me darling rather than apologise. My dad listened to the conversation and held back getting involved as he saw I managed it more professionally then he did.
