Great assortment of teas and food. I love the scone mixes. Ordering is easy on the site and shipping was quick.

The food products were excellent. I enjoyed the tea. I bought a silicone tea bag that works very well. The only complaint I have is that it took a little longer to receive the package, but it was worth the wait.
Even close to Christmas arrived quickly, well packed, no fuss or bother to it at all. Excellent teas. I am enjoying all of them.
Everything was fine, but a week or so after I ordered, I received an email saying one of my 3 items was out of stock, so I had to substitute. The things I ordered were still great.
Items arrived too late for Christmas giving, but will still be forwarded to relatives and friends in New Year’s Day care packages. To be fair, I was later than usual in ordering from English Tea Store.

The pot broke as soon as it was used. Apparently it was cracked. Also, the lid was broken when the package was shipped due to insufficient padding.
They had the items I was looking for in stock. The items were fresh. Shipping was fast and well packed.

I am a tea drinker all day and I can find a variety of good tea included the decaf type that I can enjoy any time of the day. It is well price and there is not need to pay for brand, just good tea. So far all the types (from different parts of the world), I tried, don't disappoint.
I would have given more but I ordered food items in glass and one was smashed to bits. I ordered 4 items and I don’t know how the other three Items survived. Items wrapped with a little paper and then placed in a large box where they were rolling around the whole trip here.
I order candy from England every year from English Tea Store to put in my son-in-laws stocking every Christmas since he is from England. ETS always has a great selection and it ships and arrives quickly. I have recommended ETS to many friends and family.

It didn't take as long as I thought it would to get my loose leaf tea. I do wish however that they had more of a selection of the sample size. Overall, buying from English Tea Store was a great experience!
Your packages are great got a whole set of teapots cups saucers sugar and creamer not one piece chipped or anything.. you do a great job. Customer service is great always get questions answered within 24 hours. I just love this company.
Finally! The first order got lost in shipment. Yesterday the second arrived. When I was in England recently I fell in love with Cranberry - Apple Tart Tea. I was happy English tea store carries a very similar blend. The flavor is 99% of the tea I found in England. I will be ordering again from English Tea Store
