Purchased a tea set for my granddaughter-it was absolutely what we wanted!! Beautifully crafted set. We received it in a timely fashion and it was very well packaged.

I love the varieties of teas you offer and the history of them in my emails. I purchased teas for my two adult daughters and tried to split them evenly. They’ve had them before and enjoyed them, so they became Christmas gifts this time. They loved this gift!

My order came well packed and in perfect condition. It also arrived very quickly.

The honey packets I ordered were just thrown into a box, no packaging, per se. And they were all sticky, so I had to wash and dry 50 packets of honey. Not cool. UPDATE: So the store saw my review/comment, and didn't say a word. Just responded with Thanks for your business. I guess they really don't care. Interesting.

Last minute order for Christmas presents. Tea arrived on time and recipients were very pleased with the teas.

Found items that are diffciult to find

None of my clients noticed the tiny tiny gift message so no-one had any idea who these gifts were from. Super disappointing

We have had a difficult time finding Mincemeat for our Christmas cake that was reasonably priced. We found it at the English Tea Store. Not only was it reasonably priced but it shipped in a timely manner.

My order was a Christmas gift and i was extremely disappointed to have the tea packaged in manila like envelopes. I expected christmas or some other gift worthy packaging. Very embarrassing. Such a shame for what could have been a thoughtful and unique gift.

I ordered two jars of Currant Jelly - something I can't find in the stores in my area. The jelly is delicious - probably the best I've ever tasted. The expiration date is in March of this year. Had I known the short expiration date - would have only ordered one jar. Food can't be returned and the best the company would do would be a 15% credit or refund. No thanks.

I was looking for a tea similar to what I’ve had on a yoga retreat. This fit the bill perfectly.
