Very slow to ship and receive an order! Always a problem.

Christmas pudding and mince pies lived up to the expectations of Walkers Scottish produce, and they were good value for money.

The Christmas pudding was very moist and delicious.

The delivery came on time but the Christmas pudding was too sweet for me. Kindly reduce the amount of sugar in this recipe but it was delicious nonetheless

Never got my product. Customer service didn’t try to help until I canceled the order. Poor way to treat customers.

The teas that I wanted were available and in amounts easy to order.

After questioning my purchase not being of English origin, I was given a curt response that the country of origin of the gift basket was clearly stated on the website when I bought it. I'm sorry I presumed the ENGLISH tea store was selling ENGLISH products. My fault obviously. How silly of me to presume that the English Tea store only sold English products!

I have never had tea without 'some' tea leaves. I rec'd a package of fine DUST, finer than any salt or sugar. The 'tea' had no flavor. I am ashamed for the store to sell such poor merchandise. I discarded both the loose and tea bags order. I am back ordering tea from a store from Canada. Always perfect stock in all varieties and real tea leaves. I had hoped that a US merchant could provide a respectable tea.

I was looking for a reasonably priced, yet nice looking warmer stands for my tea party. These I got from the English Tea Store are great. They were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Very satisfied!

I gave the jams as gifts to friends and coworkers. They loved it! The delivery was fast and not one bottle was broken!

It was very nice to get the same products I once got while living in Ireland as a child. My mother used to make Plum Pudding with Bird's Custard for Christmas.

The clotted cream I ordered tasted fine but it was dry and crumbly. Not at all like I expected or had used before.
