Straightforward, simple and efficient

I used Enact conveyancing for the sale of a house in the south east of England. I must say everything went really smoothly and I think the logon platform and the interaction was really good. Every time I asked a question somebody got back to me within 24 hours and everything was so easy to upload, all the documents etc. So overall, I was very happy with Enact, thank you very much

The perfect experience

From start to finish we had regular updates with total transparency with documents that we uploaded and with documents that we downloaded. It was easy and straight forward. Every question asked had a reply very quickly.

Disappointed

Enact was appointed by the new lender of my remortgage on the 11th of June; I asked for this to be completed by the 31st of August before the end of my fixed-term contract. I am still waiting on my switch over to the new lender, and I am now paying the higher mortgage rate with my current lender, which I can barely afford. I am constantly having to chase them for updates and would probably not have had any updates if I hadn't kept chasing I have concerns they are not taking seriously how urgently I need this sorting or that they are not chasing the hold-up with the restriction on my title deed despite paying the fee they required to do this about two weeks ago. I found the only way to contact them is online, which is useless when you want to talk to an actual person, having tried to phone them.

Excellent service from start to finish.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great communication and kept up to date of every step of my remortgage. The online service is great to view any documents and can speak with someone online if you need to. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended :-)

I’ve used this company twice now, and both experiences were excellent. Their online case tracker is very efficient, and the ability to send direct messages to your case handler is a perfect feature. Both times, my mortgage process was completed on time without any issues. Highly recommend them

Uncontactable for weeks!

We're in the middle of purchase but Enact has not been communicating with the seller's solicitors or the sales progression team. Tried both of the phone numbers they'd given us but the numbers aren't recognised. Not responding to email, and we're in desperate need of advice but can't get in touch. This is so unprofessional.
