Disappointed
Enact was appointed by the new lender of my remortgage on the 11th of June; I asked for this to be completed by the 31st of August before the end of my fixed-term contract. I am still waiting on my switch over to the new lender, and I am now paying the higher mortgage rate with my current lender, which I can barely afford. I am constantly having to chase them for updates and would probably not have had any updates if I hadn't kept chasing I have concerns they are not taking seriously how urgently I need this sorting or that they are not chasing the hold-up with the restriction on my title deed despite paying the fee they required to do this about two weeks ago. I found the only way to contact them is online, which is useless when you want to talk to an actual person, having tried to phone them.
