I was very impressed with the service from Empire Delivery. My chair was delivered on time by Chris and Charlie, who were helpful, friendly and efficient. They didn't even complain when they had to climb the 67 stairs up to my flat. They showed me how to operate the chair and took away all the packaging. I would highly recommend them.

Arek and Lumear went above and beyond! They called 20 minutes before arriving to let me know they were nearly here. They took my front door off to make sure my sofa would fit through easily, set the sofa up nicely, took away all the packaging and put my door back on - very efficient, super friendly and did it all without a complaint. They were so wonderful, I can't compliment them enough. Fantastic service!

Brilliant service! Arek & Lumear called 20 minutes before their arrival. They were very friendly and professional throughout their whole deliverance. They carried the mattress upstairs and placed on the bed frame, they took it out from its wrapping, and took the rubbish with them. Very happy with their service.

Delivered in the time frame we were given. Well packaged and the sofa bed was rapidly assembled. They demonstrated how to assemble and use the storage. All packaging was cleared and removed. Very pleasant chaps and respectful of our property. Thank You.

The lads were polite and jolly and knew what they were doing. Chris had led the original delivery back in July so it was good to catch up with him - nice also to be remembered! They made the necessary changes and took everything that didn’t need to be here away with them. Highly recommended. Could they perhaps run some classes for other not so good delivery companies?!
2 Wonderfull and helpful guys, delivered and assembled our sofa bed. My recently married son and daughter in law will now be able to be together, after having to live apart, due to not being able to afford a home. By the way the sofa bed looks great

Pete and Birthday Ang were great; the old monster sofa was taken away and the new one set up and installed in less than an hour.. . Amazing! The packaging and old sofa were removed, the place left clean, I did not have to argue or insist. I live on a red route so always get aggro from delivery drivers but these guys did not even complain. I really recommend the service.
Really polite, kind delivery guys. In spite of being utterly exhausted from such a long day were just really geniunely lovely. Put my sofa in the room as asked, took away all packaging, were really careful with bringing the sofa into the house. Very, very happy.
Fast and efficient service . The two gentleman who delivered my sofa were great . They arrived on time and called beforehand . Very friendly and helpful despite having to carry a very heavy sofa up three flights of stairs as it was too big to fit in the lift .
