Sonny and Chris were amazing. Smiley and professional, taking their shoes off without being asked to. Placing sofas where we wanted them, fixing feet and protectors and arranging cushions and fluffing. Superb. Really nice guys.

Both Pete and Lumear did an excellent job bringing my sofa bed up six flights of stairs to my third floor flat. The sofa bed which was already assembled was very heavy despite them bringing the cushions up separately. They were both very pleasant and friendly and I could not ask for better delivery personnel. I was not too happy with the company though. I was quite unhappy with the way the company tells you when they are going to deliver your item and "encourage" you to accept the date. They tell you you have three times to turn down their chosen date or arrange for charged storage, instead of giving you suitable dates to choose from

Kept informed throughout the entire process from getting a text and email informing us of the delivery date. The day before received the delivery window. The day of the delivery texted to confirm slot then another text saying they were 20 minutes away. Pete and Lumear arrived on time. They were friendly, cheerful and efficient.
The Empire delivery men could not have been more helpful and lovely. They really went above and beyond helping me move other furniture in my house which wasn't as straightforward as initially thought! Pete, Lumear and Perry were absolutely delightful and a credit to Empire.

It was clear instructions from the driver by text on what time they were coming. After looking at the problem of our sofa bed, on the armrest lid, it was fix quite quickly and they did say we will replace the whole lid of the armrest if it becomes a problem again.
