Was told would get call to arrange delivery date week prior to dispatch , only got a call when sofa was half hour away from my house

Had a fab delivery today - undertaken by Pete and Vince - arrived within allocated time slot and called 20 mins before arrival to let me know they were on their way. Respected property and helped me navigate the drop-off whilst I was trying to dealing with a tricky work call!

Delivered a Cocoon sofa for us. We paid for extra service to have sofa taken up stairs which Chris P and Max V did with no fuss. They unpacked the sofa, took away the rubbish and even spent time showing us how the sofa bed worked. Cane on time and were very polite and courteous.

The guys listened to my concerns regarding finger marks on light fabrics (washed their hands) and damage to newly painted areas. They were polite and nothing was too much. They had one heavy / difficult package which they handled well and didn’t get frustrated. Thank you.

Pete and Lumear were delightful! So efficient, kind and helpful which I appreciated so much particularly in my pregnant state. So rare to get such wonderful customer service - they do your company very proud. Only bummer was the phone number they were given originally was incorrect - but this was resolved.
