The service from start to finish was outstanding. Got the email and text message that you’d expect from a delivery company, giving a 1 hour time slot, then a couple of calls from the friendliest chap you could imagine before delivery. My wife took delivery and told me the same - that Pete and Lumear was incredibly friendly, chatty, and couldn’t do enough to help. 5 stars
Had a sofa delivered last night by Declan and Chris. I was kept up to date on ETA and the guys gave me a shout when they were half an hour away. They unpacked everything, setup the sofa and took away all the rubbish. Great service all round and lovely guys as well.
The actual people that came to build the couch were lovely and efficient but the person who handled the phone queries could be more customer friendly.
Declan and Chrisv delivered my sofa smoothly, on time with great care.

Really nice, courteous delivery people. Talked to me on arrival about best access route to living room. Moved the sofa-bed very carefully; fitted the feet and gave me a demo of how it works! Took away packaging. Excellent service.
Our sofa was delivered on time and as we live down a lane Chris V, Lumear and Daz carried it down for us! Gave a demonstration on how the sofa bed worked and took away all of the packaging! Very respectful and helpful guys! I thoroughly recommend Empire!
