Pete and Vince we pleasant, polite, efficient and professional.

Aug and Sonny professional and helpful. Bed did not have correct screw holes drilled in order for feet to be fitted (manufacturer error). At one stage looked like the bed would have to go back which was going to be a pain as old bed already dismantled and being collected by a charity. They contacted their office and obtained permission to drill the screw holes. If they hadn't done this the bed would have had to be taken away and I hate to imagine how long until another bed would be available for delivery. Aug and Sonny willing to troubleshoot and go the extra mile. Thank you.

The delivery men were very helpful and friendly. They built the sofa and took the packaging away. They also pointed out that there is a velcro strip missing from the base of one of the sofas, but noted it and said they would be able to return and add it in on their next delivery run to our region. The two sofas look great. The are harder and higher than I am used to, but the cushions keep shape and after a few days I find that they are actually very comfortable. The dark green velvet is a lovely colour and the material texture almost resembles suede - soft and smooth to the touch but feeling like it will be hard wearing. I really like it.

Wonderful delivery experience, from scheduling (thank you again, Zed!) to execution. Charlie & Joseph were friendly and really efficient, and were in touch to let me know when to expect them. If I knew that a company was using Empire Delivery to deliver their furniture, it would definitely give me the confidence to purchase in the future!

We've just taken delivery of our two new sofas. Empire Delivery kept us well informed via email, text message and telephone call. The first delivery date offered wasn't convenient, so we were offered an alternative a couple of days later. We were given a 3 hour slot for the delivery the day before, and a telephone call from Pete and Charlie, who were making the delivery, 20 minutes before they were due to arrive. The communication from Empire Delivery was excellent and we were kept updated throughout. Pete and Charlie were very friendly and courteous. They offered to remove their shoes before entering our home. They unpacked the sofas and asked where we wanted them placed. They checked everything was in order before picking up all the packaging and taking it away with them. All very helpful. It's the first delivery we've had from Empie Delivery, but hope it won't be the last. Well done!
