Both Chris and Mason were so careful and thoughtful with delivery of mattress and the placement of old mattress. They certainly went above and beyond and were very nice. The setting of date and time for delivery by the firm was really good and getting call to say about 20 minutes away was really useful. Very good company. Thank you Empire Delivery

Declan & Chris kept me informed about the delivery time & were really friendly & professional. They respected my property & made sure the sofa was protected at all times during installation. I was shown how to turn the sofa into a bed & they were happy to answer any questions I had. All packaging was quickly removed & they left with a smile. Great guys!
The delivery experience was excellent. Message day before with a time slot, message in the morning to say 20 mins away. Really helpful to get that 20 min one. Vince and Angelo were excellent, swiftly bought the sofa in and put it together, and then also explained how to use it (sofa bed) and also pointed out some damage and explained what we needed to do and what they would do to make sure that section is replaced. Damage was not made by them. They were also very polite and friendly, even though it must have been an early start for them (7am delivery). Great service!
The guys on the day were great, Chris V and Charlie V. Given a relatively narrow time window and then a 20 minute arrival warning. They were polite, fitted the couch quickly and gave a good tutorial of the opening features. The only criticism is for the booking of the day. Being offered one day and then having to decide before getting an alternative and only having 3 attempts is limiting for working families. Being given 3 potential dates to pick the best option would have been better.

Max and Pete ! Super helpful and very careful. We had a cream sofa delivered on a day when it was pouring down and cream carpets in the lounge. They took their shoes off checked over all the sofas and made sure to take all wet plastic off carefully so they didn’t dirty the sofa. Was very anxious but made me feel at ease. Thanks so much very happy lady.
Pete and Max were very helpful, keeping us up to date with their arrival time. Really nice guys - they built the sofa quickly and left everything neat and tidy, taking away all the packaging so we didn’t have to deal with it ourselves. Would highly recommend Empire Delivery. Thanks again!

Pete and Vince were brilliant. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They were very pleasant, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They assembled the bed swiftly and helped moving the mattress.
