Consignment Number: ED1387328-3020 They were AMAZING!! They carried a double sofa bed up 2 floors to my loft space - round very tight corners and narrow stair cases. They assembled it (having taken it apart to get it in) and showed me how it works. They were cheerful and friendly throughout what looked like an exhausting task. The best delivery service I’ve had for furniture ever! Not a single tut or sigh (which has been my experience with other firms). Chris and Mason were quick, efficient and considerate. The communication was fantastic, even a message just before their arrival. They removed their shoes for new carpet, removed all the protective wrapping, put the sofa in position and demonstrated how the bed/sofa converts. Really nice guys doing an amazing job!
Great delivery effort, lovely guys delivering a sofa bed in Mid Wales. Good communication from the company about when it was going to be delivered including accepting a day to receive the sofa, texts, emails and 20 min call before it arrived. They took all the packaging away too.
We had a sofa bed delivered by Empire. Communication was excellent including a call twenty minutes before they arrived. The guys brought the sofa bed through, unwarped it and took away all the packaging which was very helpful.

Pete and Lumear were so helpful and polite and did a fantastic job of putting our new L-shaped sofa together and positioning it perfectly.
