Placed an order on the 21st of July. It didn't even leave their facility for 5 days. The site says I won't get my package till a week from tomorrow. I could have driven there and back several times over by now. Now I remember why my only other order with them was over 4 years ago. Find a local shop and support them instead.
I ordered a Puffco Peak Pro off their website. I used it twice and then the battery wouldn't hold a charge. I contacted Element Vape immediately and they told me I'm on my own and they recommend I file a warranty claim with Puffco. They would not provide an exchange or refund even within the first 4 days. Email only "customer service" that is totally unhelpful. Avoid them!
The 4 Star rating is earned I have been ordering specialty Vape stuff from them for years and everytime it went well and Products were packaged very well, which is not normalty in the Vape Scene 10/10 Will recommend

Every time I order from here I am pleased. I’ve ordered 2 different tanks a RDA & a RTA and Geekvape T200 box mod and received it a day early from them and today I received my package Tyson 510 Thread on time as usual and I have another tank , coils , batteries and another box mod that I will be ordering soon and hopefully I have none of these problems with customer service or delivery issues. Sorry to hear that’s happening because I don’t want it to start being that way. Element Could you please give a great customer a heads up if that starts happening? 😂
They refused to accept a Return. Their website states that they accept returns up to 30 days from the order being received. I ordered something that was not as described, and they told me they "Do not accept returns for buyer's remorse." It's safe to say I won't order from them again. Be aware that they do not honor their terms and conditions.
Company will scam you out of money then tall you they can’t fix anything with orders even if they were placed less than 5 minutes ago. Do yourself a favor and find a better company.
I am happy with the company and the turnaround time. However I picked one Vape that was absolutely disgusting and I paid $33 for it which was my mistake because I thought I was getting more than one but the flavor tasted like NyQuil and I'm out $33 for nothing it was supposed to be Cherry Coke nothing like Cherry Coke I tell you
I never got the product and when I reached out to them, they treated it like it wasn’t their problem. The tracking information they sent me was for a company that looks like it ships in China instead of the United States instead of Delaware. They screwed up, and ripped me off. It doesn’t matter how good their product is. It doesn’t matter what the price is if they won’t stand behind their product from start to finish then why do business with them. They claim that somebody signed for it. I have no idea who that person is so someone got my product. It just wasn’t me. I will not do business with them again and unless you want to waste your money, I suggest you don’t either. 
I ordered juice on 7-2-25 and it is now 7-17, and still no update on tracking. I don't know when, or if, I will even receive my order. I emailed their customer service and received a canned response, copy and pasted from their website. I will not order from this company again.

They sold me an item they did not have. Instead of contacting before shipping they just refund the item. I bought during a sale so it was 15% off, I also spent twice the free shipping amount so they could have sent me two shipments since they had the error. They gave me a “you should have read the fine print” response. When I asked about getting it for a discount when back in stock they wouldn’t even honor the sale price again and offered me 10% off my next order, not even the original 15% and no free shipping (again, I spent twice the amount to get free shipping) They also print their shipping labels the day before it’s actually sent to give the illusion of fast shipping. Why wasn’t I notified? This was my first and last time ordering from them. Their inventory incompetence became my problem. Do not buy from this company. They do bad business (sell you stuff they don’t actually have in stock) and then don’t even make an effort to make up for it. Bad customer service. Bad business. Bad company.

NAPA for Vape's I found this website about a year or two ago when I was looking for the glass replacement piece to my tank. The shop I normally go to did not have it and suggest that I look online for one. Thankfully I found this company. When that same shop closed down due to law changes about making in house juice I had to find a new flavor I liked that was already premade. I found one and a few months later could not find it again anywhere. I found it on this website. My last order was for a replacement glass piece a new tank I had gotten. I couldn't find them anywhere not even on this site but apparently I was looking in the wrong category/section on this website. I had good experience.
Good price! Cheaper than ordering directly from GeekVape, which is unusual, but I’ll take it. Shipping was a bit slow, but that’s on the USPS, not Element Vape. Will most likely be ordering my coils from here from now on.
I buy all my electronic vaporizers from Element Vape and that is it. This business has the absolute best prices by far online without a doubt. I bought the ooze titan first then I bought the yocan black phaser max then the ispure daab can, Bomb sykloud, Focus v carta sport, focus v aeris, ispure daab e rig puffco plus and im waiting on my newest rig the crossing tug 2.0. I love all my rigs except for the ispure daab can it sucks. I would recommend any other rigs I mentioned. My favorite is the Focus v carta sport and the Ispure daab e rig. Thanks Element Vape for having the best prices online for e rigs I am officially in love with this business. Will redo my review after I get a few more rigs.

It was a good website to navigate through, all the information for products is were there, so i knew what i was getting. Only problem I was having or something that wasn't clear were, I have to remove items from my cart because items contain nicotine and refill my shipping information on the website after remove that item.
