Been buying here for a couple of years
Been buying here for a couple of years. So far, always have my Priv Bars in stock which I truly appreciate. Only one time a package never arrived. Contacted them and they sent a replacement package right away. Great customer service.

I got charged twice
There was a server error on your website when making my order, so i ended up ordering and paying for the unit twice when I only wanted 1 APX unit. This was due to the fault of your website and is a pain as I have bought the same unit twice when I only wanted 1

Experience was quick and easy.
Experience was quick and easy. The only problem I had was that the delivery destination I chose was a third-party that said it was accepted on your website however, the establishment is closed. Luckily the driver was awesome and made arrangements to meet me to get my package versus having to redirect it back to element vape and then sent out again. I was pleased with the outcome
