They sold me an item they did not have. Instead of contacting before shipping they just refund the item. I bought during a sale so it was 15% off, I also spent twice the free shipping amount so they could have sent me two shipments since they had the error. They gave me a “you should have read the fine print” response. When I asked about getting it for a discount when back in stock they wouldn’t even honor the sale price again and offered me 10% off my next order, not even the original 15% and no free shipping (again, I spent twice the amount to get free shipping) They also print their shipping labels the day before it’s actually sent to give the illusion of fast shipping. Why wasn’t I notified? This was my first and last time ordering from them. Their inventory incompetence became my problem. Do not buy from this company. They do bad business (sell you stuff they don’t actually have in stock) and then don’t even make an effort to make up for it. Bad customer service. Bad business. Bad company.
