I really like the wide variety of pod systems available. I have been using the NORD5 for years. I do like the metal units better than the leather ones. The only reason I gave 4 Star review instead of a 5 Star review is that I have had trouble getting updated tracking information. And with me being the only person over 21 living in my home; having accurate tracking dates, especially delivery date is necessary to get my orders.

Well, shipment was reliable and efficient, as always. This purchase happened because I'm no longer able to buy replacement coils for my Sinuous Solo units. I'm very happy so far with the Havok V1. It's compact, light, easy to refill, doesn't leak, and "just works" in general. This order is for a second unit, so I can charge rotate, and also includes a large stock of replacement coils, so that I can be "covered" for a year or two. This is a good one - if this style suits you, you can try one of these with confidence.

Your website forces customer to pay or and take the extra step to personally be available to sign for delivery. You quote a federal requirement that is not required by any other vendor. Further you add a charge AND DO NOT PROVIDE AN OPT-OUT, This appears disingenuous

The only problem I had is I cannot ship nicotine products to my house but other than that the site worked really well other than not being able to get my juice and there's no local vape shop

It was difficult to order the amount I wanted. I tried reducing the amount of coils I was ordering and apparently was unable to. I also tried to not pay for “route” package protection and was charged for it anyway

Always able to find the flavors in brands I like. Always fast service, fast delivery, great communication & updates. All orders and products have been very satisfactory. I dont like the fact, that here lately, prices have been going up on certain products, not just by $1 or so but some up to $7. I understand the shortage of vapes but for loyal customers like myself, it could potentially lead to look elsewhere for compatible prices. However, being that all my experiences, purchases and deliveries have been phenomenal, I will continue to be a loyal customer and will highly recommend EV. I know it's a business but try not to be aggressive on the price increases.

Overall, good company. A few juices have been out of stock or just not available. It’s when they run really strong promos I tend to stock on juice and try new. However, those are few and far between with the exception of the individual manufacturer promos. Happy with the site, can’t complain!

This place uses GLS for shipping. They lost my package, and haven't bothered to inform me. Today is 7/29, no updates to tracking since 7/21. I HIGHLY recommend that you read the reviews for GLS shipping BEFORE you purchase anything from Element Vape!!!

I have been buying from here for a long time cause it's cheaper then buying local and they always carry the pods I need for devices that I can't get local. I love the selection of flavors and always try something new.. But this inability to contact someone at Element Vape is aggravating because the services they use to ship (GLS) is absolutely terrible and gives you the run around it took a week for them to finally tell me my package is lost. But because yall make it impossible to get a refund I'm hoping that GLS holds true to getting a new package from Element vape and gets it sent to me. But it'll also be the last time I ever order from here..

Awful delivery service; instead of using USPS or other established carriers, they subcontract to a fly-by-night delivery company. If you're not home and need to sign for the package, good luck—this service will hold it in the trunk of their car instead of leaving a slip for pickup at your convenience. Customer service was no help either!
