Shipping was fast, and my order was exactly what I wanted. Everything was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. The prices were better than most other sites I looked at, and the selection is great. I’ve ordered multiple times and it’s been consistent every time. It's so complicated to order. I have to keep finagling the products and the addresses to get it to work. And I thought I would be saving money buying online but with all the fees at the end I'm not saving anything really

Great products with fantastic prices. Shipping is always on time or early. This is the only vape company I will deal with.

Easy to order, great selections to pick from. The only problem I had was the credit card year drop down list only showed 20.. I could not see the last 2 most important digits of the year to be selected... until I increased the size of my screen to 200%, then I could see the full 4-digit year I needed to select.

Half of my order of the innokin Ajax plex 3D replacement coils were bad. Can you make sure my next order's all good coils.

Great site, great value. The only problem I have, and it seems to be an ongoing issue, is it will load so slowly when navigating the site. Horrible shipping experience. Tracking makes no sense, listed below so see for yourself. Said that there was a kissed delivery when it was never out for delivery, for a signature required package. Do they expect me to stay at home for a month waiting to sign for it? Support will not help. Meanwhile competitors ship in days, they take weeks with no real tracking info. Tell me how confirmed by carrier 9 times makes sense? How was there a “missed delivery on the 21st followed by another confirmed by carrier and arrived at carrier. This is an update to my last review. I still don't have my package and they keep telling me to wait a few more days for the package to arrive yet the shipping company GLS tells me they have no idea where it is. Element Vape keeps blaming everything on me like I ordered wrong. I have been vaping and collecting for over 15 years and have ordered a lot from this company and others. The customer service is non existent and they will say anything to keep from giving your money back or putting in the effort to deal with their courier to make things right for the customer. They could fix all of this if they would use a different shipping company. Time are tough and I would expect they would provide better service to keep people buying from them.

Not 5 because one of them didn't work. Can't non nicotine products be sold with flavors I mean there is no nicotine at all versus selling a tobacco flavored one with lots of nicotine doesn't seem to make sense

ordering off here is easy when it wants to be, but it also seems to like to tell you the wrong amount for the order. mmy most recent order said it was meant to be $54.57 but it actually came out to around $65. other than that the having to reset my password to log in every time is a bit annoying but otherwise its super easy

I found the vape juice I like. The only thing that surprised me where all the taxes and fees. They added an extra $20.00 dollars to the order.

I have a new chamber and was trying to figure out which coil goes in it. I have a coil, but it has a very high requirement for amps, and I wanted to know if I could use a different coil with lower amps. There was no way I could find out, so I had to buy the one I didn’t want. I would still like someone to help me figure out if there is a different coil that I could purchase for future. Let’s see if anybody reads this.

Great choices, good service, but more then a little slow on packaging and delivery..takes days for it to process and then actually be put into the mail. Lets not discuss how slow the UPSO is

Website is not easy to shop on. I came looking for a specific brand but otherwise it was tough to look through. Once found the brand I came for, I had to multiple times search for the specific items of that brand i like (different types). When selecting, whatever special is on kept pulling down and hiding /making it difficult to make the flavor selection i wanted and put into cart. Slowish process of adding to cart/ editing order.
