I was able to order the products I was looking for.

I'm not happy with the added charges that do not show when you make your payment. I thought the $7.00 was shipping and handling and now I see that another $8.00 was added for that which I saw on the invoice in my email, not when I purchased. There is also a $2.00 vape fee that wasn't mentioned prior to purchase.

Setting up an account was really glitchy. It took me several times for it to actually create an account.

I love the dual tanks and that you can hit them separately if you want, a great feature I love it so much I got another

I have been ordering from you for years. I love the discounts and exclusives for members. I have purchased well over 50 devices, coils to match and vape juices galore. The site is very easy to navigate, kept up to date and offers a wide variety. Very competitive pricing. I've only had to deal with customer service once, and it was awesome.

They have everything I need at the cheapest prices. I always find everything easily when I know what I want. I also discovered 2 different juices that I use exclusively because I am so picky about the taste e-juice flavors.1

Very frustrating having to constantly put in my DoB as well as photo of ID, especially after having my order rejected due to the site not properly reflecting the stock of one of the items in my cart. Not an enjoyable shopping experience.

The service is always great. The Dovpo I purchased, is a terrible mod! It's very cheaply made. I ended up immediately purchasing another one.

The whole time I was in your site it lagged. Really bad. And when you have got a need for a nicotine fix?…and I realize that it’s going to take a few days to actually get my order. You don’t want lagging websites holding you back.

Thank you for your services. The $7.00 for a signature is a bit much and the extra $3.00+ for delivery insurance seems to be something that should already be included (in my opinion), but I get it... Great product selection. I appreciate your services.

I got exactly what I ordered. I got it rather quickly, much more quickly than I thought and I had no problem with USPS. I was very happy with my experience, so much that a few days later I have placed two more orders. I truly appreciate Element Vape. I will be sticking with them for all my vape needs.
