I have been seeking a juice flavor and brand at every vape shop in town and could not find. But within 1 min. On this company site. I had found the brand and flavor I'd been seeking. When I checked out, I discovered it was actually a little bit cheaper getting it here. Thank you element vape!

Updated from previous review. I’ve been buying from element since 2018 (usually $100-150 every 3-4 months). Lately the customer service has become abysmal. Long shipping times, missing or incorrect items, only bots to email when they’ve messed up your order. There are better U.S. company to order from

Horrible. Took days after placing order to get an email asking for extra ID, which I provided within an hour of being asked. I was then told I would be receiving my tracking info soon. The next email I get is confirmation of refund because my account seemed suspicious or fraudulent because the shipping address has to have my mother's name on it because the RV park she's staying at requires it. Now they say it could take up to 4 more days to get my money back. As a first time customer with element vape, I am HIGHLY dissatisfied and really quite shocked that this is how you treat your customers. Most businesses offer new customers a discount, not use their payments as a week long loan. There are countless other, better online stores for vape related items. Try Giant Vapes. Their customer service is amazing, unlike this trash company. Now it'll be another week before I can replace my burnt pods, AT LEAST, so now I'll have to buy cigarettes for the first time in years too. I quit smoking with vaping, that's what this community was built on. element vape is just shady as can be

Ease of Order

Found the website hard to set up my account on my iPhone. Even though I provided the information required more info was still required. Frustrating…first time to order. I normally use a different vendor. Will see how this goes.

When “place order” button is tap the page freeze in “processing order” and then go back to the “process order” page (where you put shipping address, payment, etc.) and if the customer is not careful a duplicated order can easily be made by mistake. Also orders are taking way too long to be delivered, I placed an order on Jan 28 and the TN haven’t been updated, support told me that can be up to 20, but when checking out in anyplace says something like that. Also when you click a product and go back to the previous page everything refreshes, sometimes forcing you to filter everything again downgrading the user experience significantly. Those are the main issues I can come up with right now.

I tried several times to place the order. It kept saying my age couldn't be verified. Thank goodness I didn't place an order elsewhere because I saw the Element charge on my bank app same night. Today I got an email saying it had shipped. All this with no order confirmation just a message that my age couldn't be verified.

The price of the product is fantastic, and it was easy finding it on the website.

The website is terribly slow, at best. It sometimes takes a minute or longer to add products to the cart. The checkout process is also super slow. Heck, when I processed my latest order, I didn't even get a confirmation page or anything, it was still stuck on the checkout page making me wonder if it did go through or not since there was no indication either way. Leaving that tab open, I went back to my other tab to my orders and it was there and about 30 minutes later, I received the confirmation email. Now we will see if it shows up on time!
