Y’all need to fix or update the website. It is very laggy and I had trouble removing items from my cart and I never got a confirmation page after ordering

It was easy to find the vape pods that I was looking for, but I had a hard time trying to find the kind of vape juice I enjoy, and the descriptions of some of the flavors needed to describe the flavor better.

Overall a good experience, but there are a few bugs in the site on my android at least. When searching overall products like e-liquid for example you can filter fine but after you click on a product and go back to the search page it resets everything so you have to go all the way back to where you were looking. Also the check out was a bit slow and took a couple of tries to connect. Other than that great selection and good prices!

I love Element Vape,it's customer service and great range of products,BUT, the website needs work. The pop-up on every page asking about notifications is super annoying. The cart feature keeps losing items. In some cases I had to re-add 3 times. Please try to make site less intrusive so shopping isn't so difficult. Lastly the Signature service is a joke because they really don't ask majority of the time. You may thin they do but they don't.

I like the prices. Could be a little more cheaper. The thing I really dislike is this adult fee of 7$. What the he'll is this about. Your cheap prices just made it no better than going to a local store. Which there is plenty. Then you have to pay for shipping. With these charges you should drop the prices even more or remove that fee. It's rediculous.
