Horrible experience on website. Spent hours on the site picking out o MG juice despite there being no way to filter the o MG option ,hence the time I had to spend on selection. Getting to check out was also a problem as I repeatedly received the msg stating Md prohibited the sale of flavored nicotine items. After rendering my credit card and birthdate info numerous times I double checked that none of the juices had nicotine for each juice item one by one being forced to again to reenter the info after each deleted item. Not a happy customer lost out on purchasing 8 juices and the free shipping. I almost expect to have issues receiving the vape kit that I successfully ordered. Horrendous experience.

I was trying to re-order Dome gummies for my husband. I thought since I had ordered before it would be simple. It took me about 4 days to finally get the order to go through. It wouldn't recognize previous email address/password. It wouldn't process my payment saying the card had been denied. (I have never had my card denied before) I tried to get answers by email to no avail. I received several emails without getting any answer to my question. I will look elsewhere for my next order.

You're shipping, tax, and adult signature fees should be criminal. Far better prices are given at other online vape stores. The fact that you make me keep paying this criminal fee every time I order is enough to make me stop. Do better Element!!! you can have signed packages with signatures from Post office for less then you charge. Please do not have a nice day. Former customer.
Ease of ordering
Ordering experience was great, except for one thing. There was a constant pop-up asking if I wanted to be notified of sales. This happened at leas once every two minutes, and interfered with site navigation. Once the pop-up has been answered once, it should go away for the rest of the session.
The vape broke the first couple of times I used it spewed the liquid all out and over my mouth it was hot and burned. Very upset that I was sent a malfunctioning vape
Check out process was a pain. Trying to verify my age with my id. Last name didn’t match but my profile won’t let me update my last name since I have recently gotten married
