Horrible first time customer experience
Horrible. Took days after placing order to get an email asking for extra ID, which I provided within an hour of being asked. I was then told I would be receiving my tracking info soon. The next email I get is confirmation of refund because my account seemed suspicious or fraudulent because the shipping address has to have my mother's name on it because the RV park she's staying at requires it. Now they say it could take up to 4 more days to get my money back. As a first time customer with element vape, I am HIGHLY dissatisfied and really quite shocked that this is how you treat your customers. Most businesses offer new customers a discount, not use their payments as a week long loan. There are countless other, better online stores for vape related items. Try Giant Vapes. Their customer service is amazing, unlike this trash company. Now it'll be another week before I can replace my burnt pods, AT LEAST, so now I'll have to buy cigarettes for the first time in years too. I quit smoking with vaping, that's what this community was built on. element vape is just shady as can be
