Your website is slow to Navigate, confusing, and impossible changing addresses or order amounts. Got many error messages. nI am a very respected buyer in the Vape marketing. With no phone number help with REAL people, I will never go through this again. You want to do better? talk to your customers.

Too expensive

Filling out the create login is not user friendly. It took me almost an hr. to complete. This whole process did not explain where to go or what to do if you had to fill something in that was required. I was happy when it was completed and excepted my order. Very happy that you have these coils. Thank you

Out of all the online vape stores, my favorite is element vape they have a large range of products I was able to find my favorite watermelon ice Salt Nic. Prices are also extremely fair compared to other websites. Shopping with them is easy shipment comes out fairly quick the only vape store that I buy from

I used to order all the time then I stopped bc you said the laws in my state changed weeks after I placed my last order so now I can’t order juice anymore. I decided to give you another chance, the first order came via the post office and was fine I was able to track it. The second time it went through some third party company I have never heard of and when I asked customer service for help after 20 days I was told not to worry it was secure and that you can only see what I can see for tracking. This doesn’t make me as a customer feel very confident! My order did finally show up. It would be nice if you just shipped through the post office every time at least that way I can see when my order is going to be delivered so I can sign for it. Nobody has time to sit around for 20 days waiting to sign for a package! The prices are good that’s why I always ordered from you before. You got three stars for customer service and shipping.

ordered battery charger and on their website, they have the yellow version posted, however received black. They refused to refund or cover shipping for returns. When I contact them, they basically said that the black is the updated version, if so update your website! Why deceive your customers? At this point, I filed a dispute with my credit card for chargeback and settled in my favor. These types of things should not happen and if it does, the business should be cover costs for returns and not on the customers expense since its their mistake. DO NOT order from them, there are MANY vape shops mortar stores or online out there.

Shipping is way too slow. I ordered 3 days ago. They still haven't Shipped it. I'm remembering now that they shipped the last several orders extremely slowly too. They're in California which is far from here but I get packages from Arizona in a few days. I don't understand why it takes them so long. At least one full month for each order, I'm remembering now. My atomizer burnt out i needed the replacement 3 days ago.

Placed my order on the 4th of Feb, it is now the 22nd and it still isn't here. It's been sitting at the east coast carrier since the 17th with zero updates. Absolutely never buying here again. TL;DR don't order anything you need quickly, it's gonna take a month to arrive.

Great delivery and service every time.

Purchased one of The Kind Pen Slim Oil Vapoizers from them. Shipping time was slow and when I got the item the charger that was included did not work. I contacted them to request a replacement charger that would work. To submit the support request I was directed to provide pics proving there was an issue. In accordance with this I uploaded a pic showing that the light on the charger would not illuminate. They then came back with a request for a video so that they could more further determine what the problem was. It's apparent they do not want to provide a good working charger for the battery. Therefore, they are demanding more then necessary proving the issue. Be wary of this company.
