Experience downgrade
When “place order” button is tap the page freeze in “processing order” and then go back to the “process order” page (where you put shipping address, payment, etc.) and if the customer is not careful a duplicated order can easily be made by mistake. Also orders are taking way too long to be delivered, I placed an order on Jan 28 and the TN haven’t been updated, support told me that can be up to 20, but when checking out in anyplace says something like that. Also when you click a product and go back to the previous page everything refreshes, sometimes forcing you to filter everything again downgrading the user experience significantly. Those are the main issues I can come up with right now.
