Only near the start of the journey, but so far all good!

I spent so much time reading all the negative reviews about dentaprime but kept thinking no my experience is going great, the staff have all been amazing, accommodating and supportive. I was so wrong! The minute THEY mess up, ignore 7 phone calls in a day, pretend emails have been "misplaced", let me travel 5 hours to london with my children in the car to attend and appointment i was told was a 15 minute consultation but turned out to be a 100 minute appointment that I could NOT agree to at 3.20pm when I had to travel 5 hours back, I then get told they will charge me £300 for missing the appointment!! £300! I did NOT miss it i was there but couldn't do the appointment and they knew it! They knew i had tried and tried and tried but still want to charge me and now they refuse to carry on my treatment until I pay £300 that I do not have!! Now they completely ignore me so no my experience is no longer a good experience and everybody else was right!! EDIT AFTER DENTAPRIME RESPONDED There has been absolutely NO resolution of my recent complaint PLEASE do not believe their response is genuine as I have tried to make multiple contacts with dentaprime and so far nothing! Not a single response or form of communication from them. The email address they put in their response isnt even a real email address!! Nobody is responding to my complaint and nobody is trying to sort this problem so far. I highly doubt it will be resolved as the problem is dentaprimes not mine. I will update everybody if I actually get a reply from them and they fix this issue they have caused.

Telephone quote of £5 k flew from Scotland to London for consultation quoted £13 k....there slogan... you don't have to go abroad for affordable dental implants...YES YOU DO ..

On arriving Dee Karimah and Azvini were very welcoming. They spoke to me really well and took interest in me. Really friendly. Can’t wait to come back in November. great first impression ladies. See you soon

Dr Fatema was really fantastic. I haven’t smiled or been able to eat properly and chew my food for over 20 years. She’s really changed my life, as have the whole team at Dentaprime. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Azvini Alice and Dee were exceptional. They made me feel very relaxed and at ease from the moment I walked into the clinic. I throughly recommend Dentaprime and the excellent service and staff I experienced. Having been quoted prices in the region of 20k for a top row which I couldn't afford after some research i discovered Dentaprime offering the same treatment for a fraction of my initial quotations. A little sceptical at first i decided to have a consultation. I am so pleased I found them. The Dentaprime team allayed my doubts with there professional approach and clear understanding of what I wanted and what could be done and all for half the cost I was expecting to pay. The actual clinic is visually amazing to see. Supremely clean and futuristic looking and you just know you are going to get a very professional service and outcome. Not once have I felt anxious or unsure, the Dentaprime team are very good at making you feel relaxed. My doctor/dentist assigned to me to fit my final definitive bridge was particularly professional as were the girls I mention above. The actual treatment was painless, quick and very efficient. After the healing process with my temporary top row had past I returned to have the final bridge work done. I now have a top row of inplants for half the price that look incredible. I was given plenty of time to decide the shade/colour of my new definitive bridge/teeth and the size and shape consulting with my dentist at all times with clear and impartial advice on what would look natural for me. Well done Dentaprime. Keep up the good work.
