Professional and friendly staff, James provides excellent customer service really down to earth person.

I have been using DENTAPRIME for the past seven years and have only always been very impressed with the professionalism, helpfulness and compassion shown by all the staff. The cost of treatment is similar to going abroad but not the travelling and the certainty of being looked after is guaranteed in England.

Finally finished after nearly 2 years and couldn’t been happier with the service and care received from Dentaprime. Today I had my final fitting appointmnt. All done! I started my journey over 2-years ago. Afer initial consultation I was offered options and courses of treatment to suit me and my wallet. I decided to undergo the full Implant regime, I needed to have my SInus cleared. I was givena quote for all the work providing I dealt with the sinus issue. I opted for full implant replacement and zirconium teeth. The prices I was given quoted at the end of 2023 have been the same prices charged to date. They really did explain everything from the outset. They also insist on 3 to 4 months between treatments to ensure things have settled down and gone well. (Unlike some providers)! I cannot rate them highly enough. Over 2-years I have seen the same staff members time after time. This shows continuity and I believe satisfaction with the company by them. Of special note are Alice, Krista, Karimah and Azvini. They have all been great throughout, I have seen them on mamny occasions always bright and supportive. My various dentists have been excellent too, especially Fatima who oversaw the last section of my work, the fitting of the final implants. In fact all of the staff I have dealt with have been great. I will be back for my check-ups but now feel that it has all been VERY worth while. I can now eat properly, 3-years of soup, bolognase and mush was enough!

I'd like to praise Dee, Karimah and Azvini on the front desk! They are always welcoming and friendly whilst also putting you at ease and providing a very good 1st impression.
