Such an amazing journey with dentaprime. I had my final teeth on Tuesday and I could not be happier. I can finally smile again. Dr taisa saijeva and her team were amazing fantastic job and Alice who always makes me laugh. 100 percent recommend Dentaprime to anyone. Thank you once again dentaprime 😊

The clinic itself is something else – truly state-of-the-art. I had to cancel my appointment but was charged £300 which was a complete ripoff, now they are saying that I need to pay this again for them cancelling my appointment !! WTF!! Have only my bottom teeth & not my top ones & they won’t see me until I pay for their f-up!! Absolutely disgusted with this company, as they’ve STILL got my money!! All I want is to have my teeth fixed & they won’t rectify their mess. GREAT COMPANY!!

I recently had implant surgery on my top and bottom jaw.My surgery was done by Yasmin and team so I would like to thank them. Also a special thank you to Taisa who fitted my temporary bottom fixed bridge and top denture.Unfortunately these weren’t quite right but Taisa did all the measurements etc to make sure the next set were ok.I felt that Taisa showed lots of care and attention to detail. I returned a couple of days later for the replacements which were fitted by Nuno and he worked very hard to get the bite better and I am very grateful to him. All the staff are lovely but it’s really reassuring when certain members of staff go the extra mile to get things right for you.
Here we go again my wife attended for more treatment on Tuesday 15th prior to this appointment we received email with appointments for last 3 appointments to complete this diabolical service. The email gave us appointment dates and times. Tuesday the time for next appointment time change today all 3 appointments have been changed we now have to reschedule our days to suite you. company needs to look at customer service and care as well as aftercare for patients who are paying thousands of pounds to be treated as insignificant If I could give zero rating I would. Watchdog will be getting a call
