Customer service and after care.
Here we go again my wife attended for more treatment on Tuesday 15th prior to this appointment we received email with appointments for last 3 appointments to complete this diabolical service. The email gave us appointment dates and times. Tuesday the time for next appointment time change today all 3 appointments have been changed we now have to reschedule our days to suite you. company needs to look at customer service and care as well as aftercare for patients who are paying thousands of pounds to be treated as insignificant If I could give zero rating I would.
