ive recently come across your advert while enjoying my programme on one of my favourite you tube channels , i t took interest due to my lack of teeth an some what aware of of the gaps in my smile , i was happy an not at all ready for the absolute rinsing my self confidence was subjected to about (people like me ) are looked at in your dental hypocrisy of a establishment , further to my dismay the worries of cancer dementia and loneliness could only be described as final kick in teeth ,excuses the pun but i felt it well placed in light of things Are these claims in anyway proven ?as i felt your advert was more like a hold up on a saloon that would be my mouth , i'm off to try an enjoy the the rest of my night now barely unable to smile or face a mirror for fear of PTSD .id like to see it removed please as us toothless people have feelings just like gingers an i'm both.
1 star because 0 is not an option! My partner took on the treatment to have a final set of teeth in time for our wedding abroad. Due to a scheduling error midway through the treatment this target will not be met but instead of being honest and up front about it they waited until the last opportunity to tell me. Even though he continually asked if everything was ok and the target date was still achievable he was told everything would be ok. Then just before his last appointments are to be scheduled he receives an email saying it would not be possible to complete my treatment in time - had they not messed up the treatment scheduling midway through this would not be an option. If you are a client of this company do not waste your time complaining to any member of staff - they do not care and have no interest in you as a person you are nothing more than the next payee. If you want good customer service - choose another company!

There wasn't just one problem with you, there were many that I'll list here: The day before the surgery, you called me and asked if I would be able to work? Your colleague said yes, of course! And on the day of the surgery, the lady said it was impossible for me to work, I missed work because of you and lost money! Before the surgery, the treatment plan said that they would do a full teeth cleaning. They only did this downstairs! I'm 100% sure of this! I saw there was a camera upstairs! They can watch it back!!!! Before my surgery, the lady said I would get a paper saying that I couldn't work like this! The lady forgot to give it to me! When we went down to the reception, we asked why they hadn't given me the paper. The receptionist said there was no such paper! The lady looked at me like I was stupid and shook her head! They all communicate back at Denta Prime. They called my husband in February and the colleagues laughed on the phone! It's terrible how can people be like this? When I got the dentures, after 1 week I told the lady that I didn't like them and she said if I knew I could put the old ones back! Seriously? As a dentist, how can she say something like that if I want I can put the old dentures back? How? When they called me in for an interview to ask my opinion! They asked if I was satisfied with everything? I said no! This denture is not beautiful or good! Why didn't the lady describe it? They can watch it on camera! Since then I've only been talking to them on the phone and I've been talking to horrible people! Last Friday I spoke to a man who slammed the phone down on me! How can they afford these things? How?
