I overpaid, that’s why I get a refund

I had to cancel my appointment but was charged £300 which was a complete ripoff, now they are saying that I need to pay this again for them cancelling my appointment !! WTF!! Have only my bottom teeth & not my top ones & they won’t see me until I pay for their f-up!! Absolutely disgusted with this company, as they’ve STILL got my money!! All I want is to have my teeth fixed & they won’t rectify their mess. GREAT COMPANY!!
