Delivery.com is fantastic
I have had nothing but great experiences with Delivery.com. Great businesses, super timely, very friendly! I love it!
delivery.com has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

Best way to order food online. I like all the offers given.
I really love your service! Super convenient
Great and reliable. The customer service is much better than seamless and I love the alcohol delivery.

Never had a problem with delivery.com. I prefer them over the other companies because they allow you to gain points that turn into credits at a certain point and the delivery minimums are cheaper.
Delivery.com has become a Sunday afternoon tradition. It makes ordering any type of food quick and easy. I've never had a problem and the food is always on time regardless of where we order from.
Good service, have no troubles with this website.
Happy with the service delivery.com provides for their customers

Very useful, easy to use and fast
When looking for better choice I always visit them first.
I ordered food through delivery.com, but gave them an email address with a tracking variable in it (I added "+delivery" before the @ symbol, something Gmail lets you do). Within weeks, I started getting newsletters I did not sign up for, being sent to the unique email address I gave delivery.com. This is a stupid garbage practice and it's a good reason to avoid delivery.com if you can.
I ordered from a local restaurant that I've ordered from before. I could've called, but was curious and like the convenience of online ordering. It is a Saturday, so I ordered before I was super hungry and was fine with waiting. I called maybe an hour after I received a confirmation about my order (maybe an hour and fifteen after I placed the order. Whelp. After hanging out on hold for altogether too long I found out that they never put the order in. When faced with another 45 minute to an hour wait I asked them for a refund. It will take at least 3-5 days to process the refund. What sort of place processes the card immediately, but doesn't then immediately put the order through? And then is somehow unable to immediately process the refund? I've worked customer service, AND in restaurants, I fully understand that my bank may not immediately make the funds available, but you sure can send me an immediate confirmation of my refund process. Terrible customer service from beginning to end, though at least the lady on the phone was nice.
Quite reliable service, will recomment it.
I wasn't going to use this site again, but now that I'm earning reward points, maybe I will. The first time I tried to use delivery.com, I ordered food and then got a call at least half an hour later saying that the restaurant had apparently closed early and no one had been able to reach them. GrubHub keeps in constant communication with its restaurants, but it seems like you have a very inefficient process of communication and the restaurants don't tell you everything. This was reinforced when I tried to use your website for the second time. I placed my order and got no estimated arrival time, so I had to call the store. They told me it would be over an hour, and I didn't have the time, so I had to cancel it. I think estimated arrival time is pretty important when you are in the delivery business, and you guys should be including it.
Easy-to-use, and painless. I think Delivery.com is the only service around that behaves in the same way you'd expect if you called a restaurant to buy a meal–you can pay with cash. I don't want to use my credit card for a $10 meal, thanks for making that simple, Delivery.com
Delivery.com is very reliable and attentive.
We've used Delivery.com in the past and hadn't had any complaints until just recently. We ordered food on Sunday through them and waited for close to an hour and a half before we called the place asking where our order was. They said they informed Delivery.com to call us that they didn't have the food we ordered in stock at that moment. They never called us to tell us, and to top of it off, we got charged 4 times because the cards weren't going through on the website. Eventually the charges went away except for the charge on our debit card. We called and explained that we never received the order and had to go elsewhere and they said they would reimburse us, however the charge is still on our card and now they won't do anything. They claim they "did all that they could". I think not. Won't be ordering through them again.
the subject about covers it. nearly every weekend, delivery.com offers $8 coupons and it keeps me coming back, as opposed to using their competitors to order food online
