The service and food is great.
I really like the site, and it's core functionality, cost and usability is great, it simply just looks like a late 90's php site. I can only assume you guys have been working on a visual redesign for a while, but I can't wait until it goes live!
ordering is quick and easy, with the full menu items displayed online and the ability to put comments to send messages to the restaurant.
Not going to lie. Your service is pretty similar to Seamless or Grubhub. BUT, the occasional 8 dollars off promos keeps me coming back. You have a large selection of restaurants and it's much easier to see the hours of operations than on Seamless or Grubhub. All of my orders have been perfect and I've saved a little bit of money. What's not to love?
Only have it because I'm living in New York for a few weeks. It's great not having to leave the apartment. Only complaint is that I wish there would be a more visual option when ordering each item. Especially with Chinese food.

This is for their laundry service, previously known as "brinkmat". I'm sitting here waiting for pick up, and its apparently not coming. I'd say at least half of the time, I have some major problem with the service. The issue, of course, is the individual laundry providers somehow can't get in gear with the online service, but its all of them. Seriously. It doesn't matter which service I pick. I generally wind up calling the laundry place directly, which defeats the purpose. Now I have to go to work, and do my laundry tonight myself. This is common. Before delivery.com bought it, there were still the same problems with the local providers, but the founders themselves would be all over it. Now, not so much.
I've been using Delivery.com for years for a few reasons. First of all, the customer service is great. Also, the promotions are actually ones worth offering to customers. For example, Delivery.com's save $8 with $20 order minimum vs Seamless's save 15% on $15 order minimum. Honestly, while Delivery.com's offer usually motivates me to place an order, Seamless's offer never has. Thirdly, Delivery.com has a Reward program, while no other similar service does. Keep up the great work!
All kinds of discounts frequently come to my email address. I can easily order a wide variety of foods and get $8 off, $5 off, and delivery reward points. I love to use the points to get even more off an order- and it's easy!!! We order at least once a week, so all these discounts are really helpful. Thanks Delivery.com!
The emails taunt me. I created two accounts (one for home and one for work with corresponding credit cards) but occasionally had to use my personal CC for work and vice versa. I guess that made me look like an abuser of the site. As a result my accounts are both blocked from using promotions. Hence, I haven't used delivery.com NEARLY as much as I used to. Had I been sent an email prompting me on how to consolidate my accounts and operate according to delivery.com's terms and conditions I would have been back to ordering 2, 3x a day like I once was.

Most of the time the service works great. Once in a while the technology doesn't work, leading to delays in delivery. The worst of these incidents led me to show up at the restaurant myself to ask where my delivery order was. They said they had only gotten it a minute ago. I had already tipped foe delivery, so I was annoyed.

I consistently use delivery.com when ordering food delivery. Things I like about the service: you accumulate reward points, easy to use, and frequent promotions for discounts on orders.
Aside from the convenience of ordering through delivery.com, I appreciate the bonus points system and enjoy trying out new neighborhood eateries that give promotions to first-time customers or offer a discount of some sort. It's a great way to sample what's around without leaving home, then deciding if I'd want to visit the place in person at some point. I've never had a bad experience with delivery.com.
Have had great experiences - and great meals thanks to Delivery.com! They offer more promos & incentives than their competitors and have a growing number of restaurants from which to order in their roster. I keep coming back to them, as they keep sending me emails for discounts - it's been a win-win!
