Good Service. Needs More Restaurant Options
Customer support experience and delivery service are great. But they need to offer a much deeper array of restaurant options at affordable prices, to really be a compelling service. Restaurants or meals that you want and cant find anywhere else

Works the way it's supposed to
Delivery.com is easy to use and does what it's supposed to. Nothing has blown me away about the site, but it works efficiently. Sometimes restaurants ask to see ID for pickup, which is kind of annoying if someone else is picking up the order.

It's fine
Things are fine. I've used the service twice. One time the delivery took a while but I think that was the restaurant's fault. The second time service was prompt and the food was great.
